Professional Experience Patrick Ng has provided specialist design consultancy services including Feasibility Reports, Project Management, Project Business Plans, Expert Advice, Design, Documentation and Contract Administration services to various government departments and statutory authorities including the Department of Justice, Victoria Police, Metropolitan Fire and Emergency Services Board, Country Fire Authority, DEECD (Education), Ambulance Victoria and the University of Melbourne.
Patrick Ng has been a participant in the state government's Environmentally Sustainable Design program for major projects. The government's ESD initiatives require a minimum of 4% of project budgets for ESD components. Under this program, Patrick Ng has delivered in excess of a dozen government projects.
For the private sector, Patrick Ng has provided architectural expertise on commercial and residential projects including single and multi-unit residential, office redevelopments, aged care facilities, restaurants and hospitality developments.

Dione Veal Design Associate

Dione is a senior staff member and Associate at StrataPNA with specialist experience in the design and documentation of projects and tenders. Dione joined the practice one year after its inception and has worked closely with the Principal over the last 19 years. Dione’s practical experience and familiarity with the architectural practice of StrataPNA is only second to that of the Principal.

Dione was closely associated with the Police Station projects in her capacity as Associate and senior CAD designer. Dione has the ability to breakdown complex designs into clear technically detailed solutions. Dione contributed significantly to the contract documentation of the last few Police Station projects which delivered to the client significant tender stage savings.

Dione has a degree in Architectural Technology and has a special interest in Computer Aided Design. In addition, Dione has a wealth of knowledge and experience in commercial projects, Schools and University refurbishments.

Stephen Cossey Senior Designer/Documenter

Stephen Cossey is a senior design/documenter and contract administrator. His professional experience spans 30 years in the fields of educational, civic, medical, hospitality, religious, and retail/commercial design. Expertise - Education, Retail/Commercial

Stephen has a degree in B.A. Architecture (Deakin University) & C.O.T. Architectural Drafting (BHTC)

Olivia Kelly Interior Designer

Olivia Kelly is a key member of the design team at StrataPNA. Graduating in 2007 with a Degree in Interior Architecture from the Institute of Technology Sligo, Ireland, Olivia is the specialist in interior design and documentation. Prior to joining StrataPNA, Olivia spent many years with a number of leading design practices including Woods Bagot, Melbourne. Olivia's understanding of interior spaces and how it affects our interaction with our physical environment has been an intergral component of the design process at StrataPNA.

Jesse Loong Architect

Jesse Loong graduated from the University of Melbourne with a Bachelor of Planning and Design in 2007 and a Master of Architecture in 2010. Jesse is also an accredited Green Star assessor. Jesse is an integral member of the planning and design team for projects in the new growth areas of Melbourne where StrataPNA has many commissions and projects. Jesse’s expertise in the urban planning and design aspects of new sub-divisions and land development has been invaluable in the integration of new communities and dissemination of information to our client partners.

LiJoo NgAdministration Manager

LiJoo has over 15 years industry experience with the last 10 years at StrataPNA. LiJoo provides expertise in the area of business management and is a valuable counter point to the design oriented practice of StrataPNA.

LiJoo has a Bachelor of Business in Accounting, a Graduate Diploma in Property and a Masters of Business, Business Systems.

Kasper Kuzbicki Architect

Kasper is a strong team player and a thorough and dedicated designer, documenter and contract administrator; he has a diverse range of experience on a wide variety of projects from Commercial, Residential, Ecclesiastical, Heritage Conservation, Reconstruction and Landscape Design.

Most notably Kasper had been part of a project team at that had achieved a Heritage Architecture Award in 2010 bestowed by Australian Institute of Architects Victorian Chapter for conservation and reconstruction works at Newman College Mannix and Carr wings, Melbourne University.

Kasper has a Bachelor of Architecture from RMIT University.

James Wong Architect

James is the latest member of the design team at StrataPNA. Graduating with Bachelor of Environmental Design and a Master of Architecture from the University of Tasmania, James has worked extensively in the industry as a graduate Architect and Designer. James specialises in the production of early design imagery and 3D modelling.
